报告摘要: In this talk, we will discuss the relationship between the vanishing orders and some quantitative properties of solutions to elliptic equations, including quantitative unique continuation, quantitative propagation of smallness and measure bounds of nodal sets, by introducing the various frequency functions and doubling indexes, establishing some elliptic estimates, monotonicity properties, three ball theorems and dividing iteration procedures.
报告人简介: 杨孝平，教授，博士生导师。南京大学特聘教授，国家教学名师，全国优秀教师；江苏省数学学会和江苏工业与应用数学学会的副理事长，中国兵工学会应用数学专业委员会主任委员；获全国和江苏省 “五一” 劳动奖章，享受国务院政府特殊津贴；江苏省 “青蓝工程” 学术带头人，江苏省 “333 工程” 中青年学科带头人，杨孝平教授主持了国家和省部级自然科学基金项目 10 余项，是国家自然科学基金重点项目的主持人。在国内外核心学术刊物上发表论文百余篇，其中被 SCI收录近百篇。和纽约大学林芳华教授合作的英文专著《Geometric Measure Theory》获全国优秀科技图书一等奖、国家图书奖提名奖。杨孝平教授主持了多项省部级和国家级教改项目，获国家级教学成果奖两项，是国家精品课程、国家级优秀教学团队的负责人。
